We’re looking for an Off-Page SEO Specialist to join our SEO team and drive authority-building strategies that improve organic search visibility and rankings.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute off-page SEO strategies to increase domain authority and organic rankings.Conduct backlink audits and create link-building campaigns that align with client goals.Identify and secure high-quality link opportunities through outreach, digital PR, guest posting, and partnerships.Monitor backlinks and competitor link profiles to find opportunities and mitigate risks.Collaborate with the On-Page SEO Specialist and Content Team to ensure cohesive SEO strategies.Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, off-page SEO trends, and industry best practices.Track and report on KPIs such as domain authority, referral traffic, and backlink growth.Qualifications & Skills2–4 years of SEO experience with a focus on off-page strategies.Strong understanding of link-building tactics and off-page ranking factors.Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.Familiarity with outreach tools and techniques for acquiring backlinks.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting best practices.Strong communication and negotiation skills for outreach and partnerships.Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.Reporting StructureReports directly to the SEO Manager and works closely with the On-Page SEO Specialist, Content Team, and Account Managers.Success MeasuresGrowth in client domain authority and organic search rankings.Increase in referral traffic from high-quality external sources.Successful completion of link-building campaigns that meet KPIs.Positive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
