SEO Manager (Strategy + Execution) 20+ Hours per Week

We are a growing digital marketing agency working with clients across industries. We're looking for a results-driven SEO Manager who can take full ownership of planning and implementing SEO strategies across multiple client accounts.

This is a long-term role for someone who knows how to rank websites, build smart strategies, and roll up their sleeves to get the work done.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client’s industry and business goals

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis

- Create and maintain SEO content calendars

- Write or coordinate SEO-focused content (landing pages, blog posts, metadata, etc.)

- Perform technical audits and implement on-page and off-page optimizations

- Build and manage backlink strategies

- Track KPIs and create performance reports with actionable insights

- Stay updated with the latest SEO tools, trends, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

- Proven SEO experience with measurable results

- Experience working with agencies or managing multiple client accounts

- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools

- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, and basic HTML/CSS

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Ability to build and execute strategies independently

Nice to Have:

- Experience in local SEO (GMB optimization, location pages, etc.)

- Content writing/editing experience

- Familiarity with tools like Surfer SEO, Jasper, or Frase
