We believe work should adapt to you, not the other way around.What Will You Do?We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Engineer to design, execute, and maintain a robust technical SEO framework for our large-scale platform, hosting over 500,000 pages. This role is pivotal in driving search engine visibility and optimizing site performance, especially for job search platforms and Google for Jobs.You’ll focus on crafting scalable technical solutions, ensuring seamless site performance, and collaborating closely with development teams to create a search engine-friendly architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SEO Excellence Perform comprehensive technical audits to address issues related to crawlability, indexability, site architecture, and mobile performance. Lead initiatives to optimize Core Web Vitals, site speed, and overall technical health. Implement structured data (e.g., Schema.org) for enhanced search engine visibility, including Google for Jobs optimization. Scalable SEO Infrastructure Design and maintain scalable SEO solutions for large-scale websites, leveraging automation tools and processes. Collaborate with developers to implement efficient sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and other SEO essentials for high-volume pages. Build internal linking frameworks that enhance page authority and improve user navigation. Data-Driven Optimization Conduct advanced keyword analysis to identify opportunities for technical and content-driven improvements. Use data analytics tools to monitor site performance, diagnose traffic fluctuations, and deliver actionable insights. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with the Product and Development teams to align SEO efforts with business objectives and user needs. Stay informed on industry updates, search engine algorithm changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Contribute to the creation and optimization of SEO-friendly landing pages and content. Basic Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in technical SEO, including large-scale websites (500,000+ pages). Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an understanding of how these impact SEO. Automation Skills: Experience with Python or SQL for SEO automation and large-scale data analysis. Tool Proficiency: Expert in using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and other industry tools. Data Analytics: Strong experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms for tracking and reporting performance metrics. Structured Data: Proven ability to implement and troubleshoot Schema.org markup, particularly for job-related platforms. Problem Solver: Analytical mindset with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex SEO challenges. Preferred Qualifications Google for Jobs Expertise: Demonstrated success in optimizing postings for Google for Jobs. International SEO: Experience with multilingual and multi-regional SEO strategies. Development Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering teams on technical projects.
