About the Client Our client is a private equity group managing ~13 portfolio companies, with 6–8 actively running marketing initiatives. They operate in a fully remote, fast-growing, low-drama culture that values honesty, integrity, and results. About the Role We are seeking a Content & SEO Lead / SEO Content Writer to manage content strategy, writing, and optimization across multiple portfolio companies. This role balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution and supports multiple industries, including Medicare, debt, software, legal, and insurance. Key Responsibilities Plan, write, and optimize web content (blogs, landing pages, site copy) on WordPress. Repurpose content for social media channels (LinkedIn, others) and occasional press releases. Ensure Google E-E-A-T compliance in all content; leverage AI tools in workflow. Execute basic SEO tasks: on-page optimization, backlinks, SERP monitoring, Google Analytics. Manage recurring content cadence across multiple brands and industries. Collaborate with company-specific team leads and report to the Content Manager/Director. Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in SEO content creation and content strategy. Strong writing, grammar, research, and attention to detail; TCPA/compliance awareness. Broad marketing knowledge beyond single product categories. Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal oversight. Comfortable managing diverse topics and recurring content schedules. Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and project management tools (Asana). Experience using AI tools for content creation is a plus. Nice to Have Prior experience in fast-paced, multi-brand environments. Exposure to multiple industries including Medicare, software, legal, and insurance. Team leadership potential and ability to mentor junior writers. Benefits Salary Range: USD$2,300/month. Flexible approach to U.S. and local holidays swaps.
