SEO Company to Improve Rankings
I am a very tech and marketing savy business owner.
I am a lawyer running a small Personal Injury law firm. It is a local business.
My site is mature and I have worked with various SEO companies in the past. But, I do not have an elite SEO budget, so competing for "Chicago injury lawyer" is not in the budget.
Instead, I need a full service SEO company or independant contractor whoc an manage his team of VA's that can do competitive analysis and help me develop a "low hanging fruit" strategy, where we use a tool such as Ahrefs to find (1) topically relevant keyword terms likely to result in a good site visit; (2) for which my site is ranked in the 10-50 range; (3) with low keyword diffficulty; and (4) some US traffic.
This list of keywords, maybe 20 or so, will become the targets we will seek to rank for.
Once the keyword analysis is done, we need a curated on page review of on page factors and of content to select target pages for each keywords, or to create pages if there are none; or improve them as needed.
For each of our targeted pages, we should look at the top 3 pages of our comeptitors and seek to make each of our 20 pages better in content, keyword density, all of the on page factors. I will re-write whatever AI garbage you are likely to do, unless you have real writers.
Then, off page work can begin, which will largely be backlinking. You will need to know what percentage blank anchor text versus exact match keyworrd text is optimal. Yo have to know how to get clean, good links and avoid penalties for garbage. This can be done by buying the same links my competitiors have for their better ranked pages, and to beat the link profiles per page of the 1-3 competitors.
Then, we have to gradually build the general link profile and the specific page link profile at an aggresive rate, but one which will not get us penalized by Google.
Separately, I will need your team to optimize Google My Business as well, primarily by copying what my competitors are doing, and doing it better, from content to backlinks (quality AND quantity). I will want a full analysis of keywords we can get in the top 3, and on an ongoing basis, look to increase my radius and number of keywords on GMB.
I will require someone who can articulate their SEO strategies, where they learned them, how long ago they have been updated, sources of high quality backlinks, and details on past successes.
If we are successful in increasing site visits from our chosen keywords, and from GMB, we will continue and expand our efforts. If we do nothing, show no results, I will move on.
