The Role As our Senior or Staff Brand Designer , you’ll help define and express Eigen’s brand identity across every touchpoint—from our marketing site and launch campaigns to product surfaces, events, and internal storytelling. This is a new function at Eigen, giving you the opportunity to push the boundaries of brand design and shape how a category-defining technology brand comes to life. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to craft a brand system that’s as innovative and impactful as the technology it represents. The ideal candidate is both a conceptual thinker and a master craftsperson—someone who can translate abstract ideas about trust, verifiability, and openness into clear, emotionally resonant design. You will own defining and leading creative direction at Eigen. This will percolate across all our creative assets and customer touchpoints including our brand book, asset library, motion system, web properties, and sales material. You will work with internal stakeholders to deliver beautiful and effective visual assets. You will own our brand system, including our brand book, asset library, and motion system. This is a full-time position that is fully remote or located with the largely Seattle-based team. What You Will Do Define and evolve Eigen’s visual identity, aligning it with our mission to create a more trustworthy Internet Improve the communication of our technology through strategic, concept-driven, and aesthetically appealing visuals Articulate design concepts and decisions, effectively collaborating with stakeholders and the broader team Propose and ideate on ambitious and innovative design ideas for new projects and campaigns Engage in high-visibility design projects across social media, presentations, events, physical goods, and more Use the latest tools and technologies to materialize Eigen’s creative direction effectively and aesthetically Span across multiple mediums and craftskills including but not limited to illustration, 3D, motion, photography, and video. What You Will Bring Have 4+ years of experience in creating design systems across various touchpoints, including communications, marketing, and web design. Have a portfolio showcasing skills across typography, illustration, motion, and data visualization. A love of craftsmanship Innovative design thinking to identify and execute on novel communication and marketing strategies A great appreciation for aesthetics, user experience, and storytelling for groundbreaking technologies. Detail oriented, with the ability to self manage against timelines and stakeholders, bringing projects from concept to delivery Strong communication and storytelling skills; not intimidated by technical ideas and concepts and able to translate these into beautiful and effective creative communications The target salary range for this role is $170k - $240k USD. The listed range reflects compensation for candidates located in U.S. Tier 1 markets and may vary depending on your location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
