As our client continues to expand their online presence, they seek an experienced Senior YouTube Ads Performance Marketer to drive sales growth through direct response advertising.
The Role...
You'll lead our YouTube advertising efforts as a crucial member of their Customer Acquisition team. You'll develop and execute campaigns to promote our products and courses in a high-volume testing environment. You have a deep understanding of Google's algorithm, campaign and ad group structures, bid management, audience targeting, and custom intent strategies. Tailor each campaign to our client's sales objectives and optimize for maximum impact.

Ongoing Responsibilities:
? Manage Campaigns: Hands-on, day-to-day tactical management of all your campaigns, researching, building, optimizing, scaling, tearing down, and rebuilding as necessary.
? Deliver Results: Collaborate with our acquisition and creative teams to develop performance creative that meets or exceeds your KPI targets.
? Develop Strategy for High-Volume Creative Testing: Design campaign and ad group structures that identify scalable message-to-audience matches. Ensure your structure quickly identifies winners and losers.
? In-Depth Analysis: Utilize in-depth digital analytics to derive insights, identify patterns, and optimize ROI, CAC, LTV, and other essential KPIs through systematic experimentation.
? Go to Market: Devise innovative plans and capitalize on opportunities with leadership for new product marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
? 5+ Years of Hands-On Daily Management of DTC YouTube Ad Campaigns: Throughout your career, you have consistently met or exceeded sales targets while managing budgets of at least $1 million monthly.
? 6+ Years of DTC Google Ads Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of the Google Ecosystem (you know how the various campaign types interact), including bidding strategies, custom scripts, best practices to maximize spend efficiency, audience research, and post-click optimization for landing and sales pages.
? Creative Collaboration: You will closely collaborate with the creative team to develop (long and short-form) ad creatives that convert. You will also take charge of a structured testing framework for these creatives and targeting strategies to ensure your campaigns are as effective and engaging as possible. You must possess a deep understanding of proven script structures and can write compelling copy that captures the attention of potential customers and motivates them to take action. Your expertise in incorporating hooks and angles into these structures will play a vital role in the success of our campaigns.
? Data-Driven: Evaluate your campaigns' performance against strict return on investment (ROI) targets. This will help you identify areas where your strategies may need to be adjusted to achieve continuous sales growth. Analytics tools can also help you pinpoint trends and opportunities for optimization, ensuring that your campaigns are always performing at their best.
? Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication: Engage in strategic discussions with the Director of Acquisition and the creative team to share insights, refine strategies, and elevate our overall campaign performance.
? Consumer-Oriented: A strong understanding of D2C consumer psychology, including developing and targeting personas and conducting audience research.
? Systems-Oriented: Excel at establishing structured processes and systems to streamline operations and maintain efficiency in a dynamic environment. Your defaults are checklists and SOPs.
