The Role You will handle workers’ compensation defense cases, including: • Managing claims from inception through resolution • Appearing at WCAB hearings across Southern California • Analyzing medical reports and expert opinions • Handling utilization review (UR) and disability evaluations • Advising clients on strategy and exposure The role offers autonomy while still being part of a collaborative litigation team.
