Senior Web Designer & Developer
You will be responsible for overseeing design & development needs for a roster of unique clients. Working primarily with HubSpot, you will produce assets like core site pages, landing pages, and other digital materials — while staying current with AI-assisted workflows and modern development practices. Responsibilities • Transforming designs into front-end code on the HubSpot CMS platform that are user-friendly, performant, and accessible • Performing routine site maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting issues • Developing and maintaining custom reusable modules and design system components • Staying current with emerging technologies, AI development tools, and industry trends • Gaining and maintaining relevant HubSpot Academy certifications • Participating in code reviews and contributing to team documentation and standards Requirements • Solid understanding of responsive, mobile-first, and accessible (WCAG) design practices • Understanding of core SEO principles and web performance optimization • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) • Experience with HubSpot CMS and HubL templating • Familiarity with HubDB, HubSpot Workflows, and CRM data structures • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Nice-To-Haves • Accessibility certification or advanced WCAG 2.1/2.2 implementation experience • Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP • Experience with other CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace) • Background in marketing agency or multi-client environments Benefits & Details • Salary: $80-90k (commensurate with experience) • Full-Time, Remote - U.S. Based • Healthcare Benefits • 401(k) • 15 Paid Holidays Hypha HubSpot Development is committed to creating an equitable and inclusive workplace for everyone, regardless of your race/ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, neurodiversity, gender identity/expression, sex, sexual orientation, or religion.
