Senior Virtual Safety Coordinator - Full Time - Night Shift

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the virtual safety companion workflow and monitor assigned patient populations
- Evaluate patient initiation criteria and assign monitoring responsibilities to virtual safety companions
- Ensure patients are properly connected to the camera device for remote monitoring
- Act as a liaison between the virtual safety companion team, nursing staff, and operations manager
- Escalate patient conditions and provide guidance to virtual safety companions during assigned shifts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Experience as a supervisor, team lead, or coordinator is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for patients across different age groups
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are preferred
- Experience in a healthcare-related role is beneficial
- Familiarity with virtual monitoring technologies is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills can enhance candidacy
- Previous experience in a high-stress, fast-paced environment is a plus
