This important leader will have the accountability for originating and closing enterprise partnerships that drive growth in our Digital Prescription Services offering (powering manufacturers’ direct channel strategies), and our Direct Pharma Marketplace (enabling manufacturers to bring direct net pricing to employers/payors). This is an externally facing executive role for a proven business development leader who can target, develop and convert relationships with senior pharmaceutical leaders into structured partnerships and executed agreements that enable measurable revenue growth and marketplace impact.The SVP operates across strategy and execution —collaborating on priorities, building the pipeline and personally closing deals. This role requires a builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to create structure, drive accountability, and generate momentum.Key AccountabilitiesDefine manufacturer strategy: Define and execute engagement strategy, including target accounts, partnership models, and market approach.Deliver marketplace impact and revenue: Generate measurable revenue through executed agreements across Digital Prescription Services and Direct Pharma MarketplaceClose enterprise agreements: Secure large, complex agreements that establish Prescryptive as a scaled market access partner.Establish market position: Position Prescryptive as the market leading technology company powering manufacturers’ direct access strategies.Position ResponsibilitiesIdentify, Engage and influence senior pharmaceutical leaders across Brand Leaders, Market Access, Trade / Channel, Innovation, and National Accounts, advancing opportunities through the full deal lifecycleOwn and execute manufacturer partnership strategy, setting clear targets and accountability for revenue growth and market expansionLead negotiations, including deal structuring, pricing alignment, and contract executionMaintain clear visibility into pipeline performance, deal progression, and revenue forecasting to inform decision-makingContribute as a market leader and ambassador for Prescryptive, shaping external perception and building credibility with pharmaceutical executives and industry stakeholdersPartner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership to accelerate deal progression Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to inform deal strategy and improve decision-making and prioritizationRequired Skills, Abilities, and EducationBachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field10+ years of business development, market access, or strategic partnership experience within the pharmaceutical ecosystem5+ years of direct, commercial experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers (market access, trade, pricing, or partnerships)Proven track record of originating and closing complex, high-value agreementsDemonstrated ability to generate net-new business and deliver measurable revenue outcomesEstablished, actively leveraged relationships with senior pharmaceutical executivesDeep understanding of manufacturer economics, including pricing, gross-to-net dynamics, and market access strategyAbility to navigate complex pharmaceutical organizations and align senior stakeholdersStrong executive presence and persuasive communication skillsProficiency with CRM platforms, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled toolsIdeally you will also haveMBA or advanced degree in business, health economics, or related disciplineWhat we have to offerThe opportunity to grow alongside an early-stage company shaking up a big, old-fashioned industryFlexible time off, including 12 paid holidays401k match plus 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision premiumsCompany contribution to Health Savings AccountStock optionsPrescryptive is committed to fair pay practices. The projected annual salary for this position is $220K to $260K + Variable Compensation.
