Required Skills/Abilities:
Ā 10+ years of experience in senior sales leadership, driving revenue growth in wholesale.
Ā Proven success in building strategic partnerships and managing P&L.
Ā Exceptional leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ā Passion for Kindthread's mission to support healthcare workers and deliver quality products.
Ā Background in apparel and fashion; experience in healthcare is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Ā Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Ā Preferred industry experience in wholesale sales, particularly in apparel or healthcare.
Compensation:
Base salary starting at $255k - $295k. Kindthread encourages applications from candidates at all levels where pay will be based on experience.
