Accountabilities • Own the global marketing function end-to-end, including demand generation and brand strategy. • Drive pipeline creation and overall marketing contribution to company growth. • Define and execute a hybrid GTM strategy for efficient acquisition. • Build and optimize a global demand generation engine focused on key metrics. • Align with Sales and RevOps on GTM strategy and pipeline forecasting. • Enhance brand positioning and communications strategy for enterprise engagement. • Improve marketing performance through robust analytics and frameworks. • Develop and lead high-performing distributed marketing teams. • Communicate effectively with executives and external audiences. • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning. Requirements • Experience leading global B2B SaaS marketing organizations. • Deep expertise in enterprise demand generation and brand strategy. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a dynamic environment. • Proven track record in marketing to enterprise leadership. • Experience partnering closely with Sales for revenue growth. • Strong analytical mindset to improve performance and ROI. • Comfortable learning new technologies and processes. • 15+ years in marketing leadership roles. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
