About the Role We’re looking for a Senior UX & Product Designer to lead end-to-end experience design for our SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll shape intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences that support complex workflows and high-volume usage. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering to define the future of our product and elevate our design practice. What You’ll Do Lead UX strategy and execution across product areas, from discovery through delivery Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into clear, thoughtful design solutions Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interaction patterns and system behavior Collaborate with product managers, sales, and operations to shape requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize features Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and maintain design integrity throughout development Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform Advocate for user-centered design principles and help drive a culture of continuous improvement Requirements What You Bring 5 - 8 years of UX or product design experience, with at least 4 years in a SaaS environment A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design Has the strong ability to translate complexity into clear, intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
