We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior UX Designer to join our International Seller Growth organization, where you'll play a key role in developing innovative solutions that empower tens of thousands of sellers to succeed on Amazon. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders, to design and deliver complex, high-quality, and scalable products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify seller needs and design delightful solutions with measurable impact, leveraging customer data, behaviors, and motivations to inform your design decisions
Collaborate with product teams to develop high-level requirements and create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups that effectively communicate interaction behaviors
Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications, ensuring seamless implementation and trade-offs when needed
Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership, and measure the success and effectiveness of your proposed designs

A Day in the Life:
As a Senior UX Designer in this role, you'll meet regularly with representatives from product and engineering teams to gather product priorities, align on goals, and interact with sellers to gather insights. You'll work on designing tools that highly impact Amazon Selling Partners worldwide, providing excellent service and support to Amazon customers. You'll also collaborate with partner UX teams, present concepts to cross-functional partners, and contribute to streamlining the design process.
Requirements:

8+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile devices
Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Ajax
Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
Experience with UX design of complex workflows
Global perspective and experience leveraging diverse market and customer needs
