Responsibilities: Collaborate remotely with Deltas Digital teams across geographies, adhering to best practices in communication and agile delivery. Build strong working relationships with onshore eCommerce Development and supporting teams. Participate in virtual project meetings to understand scope and contribute to UAT strategy and planning. Design and document UAT test plans and test cases based on functional requirements, user stories, and design specifications. Execute manual end-to-end test scenarios, report test status, and escalate issues to onshore leads as needed. Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly to development teams for resolution. Use test management and project tracking tools (e.g., qTest, Agility) to manage test cases and backlog items. Provide feedback on user experience and contribute to post-implementation analysis. Validate data integrity through mainframe systems where applicable. Analyze complex user stories and requirements in collaboration with product owners. Maintain comprehensive UAT documentation and business scenarios. Take ownership of assigned tasks, projects, or releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Continuously learn and adapt within a fast-paced, remote team environment. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or another related field 3+ years of experience in the travel/airline industry or consumer-facing digital platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures. Experience in eCommerce software testing, including mobile and web platforms. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies. Solid understanding of UAT processes, best practices, and test methodologies. Experience with tools such as Agility, QLM, QTest. Familiarity with Defect Management. Creative thinking in designing test scenarios and executing end-to-end testing. Proven ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with onshore teams. Proficiency in test/project management tools such as qTest and Agility. Attention to detail and persistence in issue resolution. Ability to estimate effort and deliver results under pressure. Clear understanding of business processes and their impact on testing outcomes. Experience collaborating with distributed teams and balancing workloads effectively. Strong soft skills: adaptability, curiosity, commitment to quality, and a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or project coordination. Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. ISTQB or equivalent UAT certification. Experience in process improvement and requirement-based streamlining. Exposure to mainframe testing and cloud technologies. Experience in large-scale end-to-end testing projects.
