Senior UI/UX Designer - Carter

Position Overview :We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will shape the experience and interface for our Carter adtech product suite used by advertisers, retailers, and technology partners. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create user-centric and visually appealing designs for our solution. Job Responsibilities Lead design efforts for the Carter platform, focusing on dashboards, campaign management, audience tools, reporting interfaces, and workflow optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and complex use cases into simple, intuitive user journeys.Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes that demystify data-driven features and ML-powered insights.Ensure Carter’s UI adheres to best-in-class standards for accessibility, consistency, and responsiveness across devices.Maintain and evolve the Carter design system, component library, and brand guidelines.Communicate design concepts, rationale, and user research findings persuasively to engineering and leadership, fostering alignment throughout the product lifecycle.Stay informed on design trends, the adtech ecosystem, and enterprise SaaS usability best practices to ensure Carter delivers value and differentiation Basic Qualifications 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio of SaaS, enterprise, or data-intensive products.Proven experience as a hands-on designer with a strong, updated portfolio and steady career growth.Positive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with a strong passion for user-centered design.Expertise designing dashboards, workflow interfaces, and data visualizations for B2B or enterprise users.Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools such as InVision, Axure, etc.Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and web development frameworks is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
