Senior User Acquisition Manager

Our client is a fast‑growing mobile app portfolio company focused on building products that make users lives smarter, not harder. With a diverse suite of consumer apps across multiple categories, they are on a mission to reach millions of users globally. To support this rapid growth, they are looking for a strategic and data‑driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to join their remote‑first team and lead paid growth efforts across their portfolio.

About the Role

As the Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across major UA channels. You’ll work cross‑functionally with creative, analytics, product, and ASO teams to ensure growth initiatives align with product goals and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Paid User Acquisition
• Manage and scale paid media campaigns across key user acquisition channels (Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others).
• Analyze real‑time performance and make data‑driven optimizations to improve CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
• Oversee budget forecasting, pacing, and allocation across multiple apps.
• Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to brief, test, and scale high‑performing creatives.
• Develop structured processes for creative testing and iteration.
• Monitor competitor creative strategies and identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide data‑backed feedback to continuously refine creative assets.

Analytics & Reporting
• Partner with analytics and BI teams to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Utilize dashboards and reporting tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
• Support improvements in internal reporting processes and frameworks.

App Store Optimization (ASO)
• Collaborate with ASO and product teams to optimize app store assets, custom product pages, and conversion funnels tailored to acquisition sources and user segments.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Align acquisition efforts with product roadmaps and feature rollouts.
• Share UA learnings to inform product development, monetization, and retention strategies.

Process Development
• Contribute to the development of internal UA processes, playbooks, and best practices.
• Help build scalable systems for campaign management and creative iteration.

Key Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally for mobile apps (subscription, freemium, or ad‑based models).
• Demonstrated success in managing multi‑channel UA campaigns and improving funnel performance.
• Strong data and analytics skills, with experience using attribution platforms and BI tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
