Senior Treasury Associate

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes Responsibilities Reconcile daily settlement bank movements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Design and implement automated systems and processes to enhance Treasury operations.Collaborate closely with product and finance teams to optimize and streamline funding processes.Integrate risk management and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary.Manage regional positions, including daily safeguarding, rebalancing, short-term funding strategies, and foreign exchange execution.Ensure compliance with different safeguarding requirements.Assist in audit and compliance reviews. Requirements Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent3+ years of Treasury experience within the financial services industry, particularly in regulated environmentsExperience with Tableau and SQL (or equivalent)Strong Excel skillsGood command of English & ChineseStrong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressureStrong work ethic and ability to be productive and successful in a fast-paced environmentExceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations Additional Information #LI-CW1#LI-Associate#LI-Hybrid Life @ Crypto.comEmpowered to think big.
