Lead and manage a variety of traffic engineering projects across South Carolina.
Drive strategic growth by developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Manage proposals, budgets, staffing, and resources for traffic projects and initiatives.
Oversee traffic design deliverables such as:Traffic signal and lighting plansSigning and pavement marking plansMaintenance of traffic (MOT) plansTraffic impact studies, crash analysis, and operational analysis * Mentor and lead junior staff; manage hiring, training, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with SCDOT, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
10+ years of traffic engineering design, analysis, and planning experience.
BSCE in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in South Carolina.Strong working knowledge of SCDOT policies and practices. * Hands-on experience with traffic analysis and simulation software (e.g., Synchro, VISSIM, HCS).
Proficiency with MS Office tools and traffic engineering design software.
