Your work will directly impact on customer satisfaction, business value, and the successful delivery of transformation programs.What You’ll DoLead the design and development of end-to-end T&T solutions during sales engagementsRepresent the T&T organization in client discussionsEnsure solution quality across KPIs: scope, cost, baseline, and technologyAct as a trusted advisor to clients, especially at the executive levelCreate compelling, value-driven transformation journeys for customersSupport sales teams with solution presentations, staffing plans, cost models, and risk assessmentsCollaborate with internal and external partners to shape the best-fit solutionsIdentify risks early and proactively communicate with stakeholdersPromote best practices, efficiencies, and innovations in T&T deliveryContribute to staff development and readiness for upcoming dealsApply methodologies such as waterfall, agile, and hybrid approachesWho You AreYou’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience in designing and delivering complex T&T solutionsStrong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and related ServiceNow modulesDeep technical knowledge in Cloud, Network, Infrastructure, Service Management, and Application ServicesExperience in strategic and financial planningFamiliarity with consultative and managed service modelsStrong customer and vendor management skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesFluent in German and English (spoken and written)Experience in proposal writing and cost modeling (top-down/bottom-up)Knowledge of project methodologies and transformation program behaviorPreferred Skills and ExperienceStrong leadership and negotiation skillsExperience in pre-sales and customer advisory rolesAbility to act as a Service Ambassador and Trusted AdvisorStrategic thinker with a proactive, “can-do” attitudeUnderstanding of legal and contractual implicationsWillingness to travel nationallyBeing YouThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
