Senior Technical Sales Representative (REMOTE-Mexico)

Job Purpose The Senior Technical Sales Representative (TSR) will be responsible for consistently exceeding sales targets through strategic territory management, customer growth, and proactive prospecting. This role requires strong technical sales capabilities, the ability to translate complex solutions into business value, build trusted relationships, and deliver tailored proposals that align with customer strategic goals. This role supports EnerSys' continued leadership in the Motive Power division and is home-office based. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Consistently exceed sales targets through strategic account retention, territory growth, and proactive prospecting. • Apply advanced sales acumen to translate technical solutions into business value and ROI for key decision-makers. • Develop and present tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and case studies that drive long-term customer success. • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers by aligning solutions with their strategic goals. • Identify and influence key customer stakeholders to drive alignment, build consensus, and accelerate deal closure. • Support and align dealer channel partners through strategic guidance, training, and joint sales planning. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution throughout the customer lifecycle. • Navigate complex sales challenges using strategic thinking and collaborative problem solving. • Maintain deep product and market knowledge through continuous learning and active industry engagement. • Exercise sound judgment in managing critical business matters and contribute to broader sales initiatives as needed. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field required or significant relatable industry experience. At least 5+ years of technical sales or relatable industry experience. Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish. Professional proficiency in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Mathematical Skills: Ability to develop pricing strategies, analyze return on investment (ROI), and manage financial proposals. Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Computer Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Teams, Zoom). Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be 21 years of age. Must meet company driving requirements. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch. TRAVEL REQUIRED: Yes. Regular travel within Mexico to support the territory and customers. Occasional international travel may be required for training or corporate meetings. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time position. Days and hours of work must align with local labor laws (LFT). Role may require occasional overtime, weekend work, or travel during non-standard hours.
