Together, we develop a plan and strategy to best deploy and integrate our solution, communicate with our customers and keep the main stakeholders engaged. You will own the project management of our client projects, taking on both a hands-on role as project manager for delivery projects and a strategic role adapting our project management processes and tools internally and externally. Prior telco experience is not required for your application.To support our exponential growth, we are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team! This role can be based in our Hamburg office or remotely within Europe.TasksWhat you’ll do Manage complex telecommunication projects end-to-end and act as the main point of contact for a customer’s counterpartSet up timelines and progress tracking including regular meetings with the customerTake ownership for regular customer interactions, incl. proper preparation of customer meetings with an agenda and slides/documents where necessaryIdentify and manage the project risks, provide mitigations and resolution plans Coordinate company-internal tasks and work efforts and take ownership for producing excellent customer deliverables and exceeding customer expectationsManage project execution; track project activities via Jira, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issuesHandle customer and partner engagement; build customer relationship, confidence, and trust, ensuring project progress is communicated and arrange meetings and customer eventsDevelop a scalable and reproducible approach to project management of our deployment projectsRequirementsOur ideal new colleague Project Management experience with technical teams on large-scale and fast-paced projectsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate vertically and horizontally based on audienceExperience managing cross-team projects with the ability to prioritize workloadsDetail-oriented, and able to work efficientlySenior experience with technical project management Experience owning customer engagement and being the go-to contact for customers in technical projectsFluency in English (C1/C2 level)Nice to haveEngineering degree in the Telecom/IT fieldExperience with IMS and/or other parts of telecommunication networksCertifications or training as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc.Experience with project management automation through Jira automation or other toolsFluency in German, Spanish or FrenchBenefitsA little more about our culture and why you should joinWork-Life-Balance is a priority: we embrace a hybrid remote culture, allowing you the freedom to choose where and when you work.
