What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Drive the Customer Data Platform Strategy: Lead the development and execution of our CDP strategy, ensuring full alignment with organization-wide objectives and business goals.

Project Planning & Management: Create, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans and schedules, resource estimates, and roadblocks throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Implementation Leadership: Lead the planning and implementation of organization-wide use cases, ensuring alignment with enterprise desires and objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define application controls, governance structures, and success parameters.

Problem Navigation: Navigate complex challenges, provide innovative solutions, and ensure that all teams align on a unified vision for customer experience excellence.

Industry Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of the ever-evolving business landscape to incorporate best practices and emerging trends into program strategy.

Communication Excellence: Establish clear communication channels across teams, ensuring transparency and fluidity in information dissemination.

Technology Stewardship: Keep abreast of the latest trends in customer data platform technologies and recommend innovative approaches.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and communication for seamless project execution.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track project progress, proactively addressing any issues or delays that may arise.

Risk Management: Implement robust project risk management strategies to mitigate potential obstacles and ensure project success.

Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and implement effective solutions.

IT Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and other teams to align on technology desires and implementations.

Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.


What You Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in program management, preferably in the area of customer data systems and personalization technologies.

Interpersonal Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for building and nurturing relationships across departments and teams.

Problem-Solving Prowess: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the ability to see and solve situational and systemic challenges before they impact project outcomes.

Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding teams to success and fostering collaborative environments.

Technical Acumen: Strong technical aptitude, especially with customer data management, customer journey orchestration, and related technologies.

Industry Background: Experience working in Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, or Loyalty organizations is highly valued.

Inclusive Mindset: Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles—understanding that the best solutions come from varied perspectives.

Education: Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.

Certification: Professional certification in program or project management (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).

Platform Expertise: Prior experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar customer data platforms.

Marketing Knowledge: Deep knowledge of omnichannel advertising techniques and implementation challenges.

Tool Proficiency: Prior experience with enterprise Project Management tools including Adobe Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, and similar platforms.

Enterprise Experience: Experience in a large organization or Fortune 500 company, understanding the complexities of matrixed organizations.
