About the Role We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with an AI focus who brings a solid engineering or data science background and has transitioned into product management. This high-impact role will shape the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered analytics products that enhance the effectiveness of our internal teams, deliver greater value to our customers, and unlock new market opportunities. As a core member of our Analytics Team, you will: Manage AI Project Execution from concept to launch. Managing our AI roadmap, prioritizing and strategizing with engineers, data scientists, and customer-facing teams. Ideate Validate New Product Concepts by balancing technical feasibility, customer needs, and business impact. Lead Market Research in the transportation and logistics sector, identifying customer pain points, inefficiencies, and new opportunities for Agentic AI applications. Enhance Customer Stickiness by building capabilities that deepen platform usage and integration into customer workflows. Translate Complex AI Capabilities into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmaps. Monitor Measure Product Performance reporting on metrics that will guide iteration and continuous improvement objectives. Who You Are A former Engineer or Data Scientist who understands the AI development lifecycle and communicates effectively with technical teams at every level. You can read code with an eye for UI. A Product Manager with proven experience in analytics, enterprise Saas, and preferably in AI. Nimble Strategic : Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and driving execution in a fast-moving environment. You’re excited by a role that requires you to balance the big picture with the details. Curious Data-Driven : Skilled in customer discovery and market analysis; uncovering actionable insights leading to precise outcomes. Translator : Adept at translating AI capabilities into compelling product value propositions. Tenacious Energized : Working at the intersection of AI innovation and supply chain optimization motivates you. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 4+ years of experience working as an engineer or data scientist. 4+ years of experience in technical product management or technical program management. Demonstrated success delivering complex products from conception to launch. Proven track record of creating products that drive measurable customer adoption and retention. Strong communication and storytelling skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points) Experience in the transportation, logistics, or broader supply chain industry. Knowledge of Agentic AI or large language model (LLM)-based systems.
