What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Analysis

Experience in API practice/program at an enterprise level is highly valued
Project Execution & Collaboration
Provide effective project processes and timelines to shorten project life cycles where applicable
Work with application support and development teams to resolve software bugs and raised issues
Lead resolution of issues with connecting systems based on various technologies
Participate in regular project status reviews and provide transparent updates to stakeholders
Engage directly and daily with delivery teams to execute projects effectively
Ensure product acceptance and status at key stages of the delivery cycle
Product Ownership
Create and maintain the product backlog with clear prioritization
Lead planning sessions with teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints
Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, priorities, and future roadmaps
Attend and lead design sessions with the product team to shape technical direction
