Ideal candidates will have experience working in a health system, hospital, care management, or payer environment where HIPAA, HITRUST, and securitydrive the daily focus and goals.With this experience, this role providesan opportunity to mentor junior members of the team and design solutions across the company.Position Highlights:Collect and organize incoming feature requests and product feedback from internal and external stakeholdersSupport coordination across a portfolio of initiatives, helping ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and ownershipPartner with cross functional teams to support release planning, including coordination of timelines, dependencies, release notes, customer adoption, and stakeholder communicationHelp define and track success metrics for features and initiatives, including user adoption, revenue generation, and customer retentionDrive the execution and delivery across a portfolio of work, surfacing risks or blockers early while defining viable solutions and formulating recommendations to move forwardFacilitate communication between cross-functional teams through structured workflows, product lifecycle steps, and documentationIdentify and implement process improvementswhile supporting effective Agile practices, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and status tracking in JiraChampion data-driven decision making and market-based needs analysis, consistent product processes and Agile best practices across teamsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or a minimum of four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.5+ years of experience in product analysis and project or portfolio management, with a strong track record of bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives required.Prior experience in SaaS and health care technology environments, with comfort navigating complex systems or regulatory requirementsRequired Skills and Abilities:Strong product mindset — able to think critically about user needs, value delivery, and implementation tradeoffsAbility to thrive when faced with uncertainty to drive through decision making and gathering customer input to establish clarity and progress.Experience designing and implementing solutions in Amazon AWS and Microsoft AzureExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-throughFamiliarity with tools like Azure DevOps and Jira for managing product backlogs and roadmapsComfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment – asking questions and quantifying unknowns to eliminate blockers quickly.Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detailUnderstanding business goalsand how data insights can drive strategic decisionsHas good organizational and interpersonal skills and broad experience interacting successfully with technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to thrive working independently or as part of a team taking initiativeWhat We OfferBloom operates with a people-first culture, which meanslistening to our employees to provide the benefits that mean the most to them.
