Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying complexity, ensuring high-quality results
Conduct monthly strategy calls with clients, providing tailored solutions based on your expertise in eCommerce and Magento features
Oversee project budgets, review automated reports, and ensure seamless project execution
Facilitate technical discussions, acting as a liaison between the development team and clients
Manage traffic and ensure efficient project workflows
Requirements:
Direct working knowledge of Magento 2 Open Source and Adobe Commerce, including key features like B2B
Familiarity with common integrations, such as payment gateways, ERP, PIM, and marketing systems
Proven track record of successfully delivering eCommerce projects
Motivation and passion for driving operational business change
Certification in Magento or Adobe Commerce
