Join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where hands-on contributions are valued, and there’s significant room for professional growth.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Technical Engineering Lead with a strong foundation in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, as well as hands-on experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead engineering initiatives across DevOps, cloud, and security domains.Deploy, manage, and optimize RMM platforms such as N-able, ConnectWise, Kaseya, etc.Build and maintain cloud environments—Azure is essential, with additional exposure to AWS and Google Cloud preferred.Manage and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.Implement and support EDR, MDR, and XDR security solutions.Utilize PSA tools like Autotask and Datto for service delivery and automation.Create reports and dashboards using PowerBI, with data sourced from SQL and automated via Python scripts.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of IT services and solutions.Required Skills & ExperienceExtensive hands-on experience with RMM tools (N-able, ConnectWise, Kaseya, etc.)Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure; working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud a plus.Strong understanding of network infrastructure management and related tooling.Experience with EDR/MDR/XDR security platforms.Familiarity with PSA tools – especially Autotask and Datto.Strong skills in PowerBI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and automation.Ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-client MSP environment.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, cybersecurity-related certs)Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) settingStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders#LI-NC1
