Senior Team Leader - Data Analytics

Lead and manage a team of 7-10 embedded data analytics professionals
Drive technical strategy for self-service analytics
Work with a high level of autonomy and know when to escalate concerns
Foster strong working relationships with other leaders at the company
Implement data governance strategies that protect user data
Create ambitious yet achievable quarterly roadmaps
Be accountable for making, measuring, and delivering on team commitments
Invest in your team by building and supporting growth plans

Requirements:
Deep expertise in data analytics and strong understanding of data systems and processes
3+ years of experience managing data analytics professionals
Experience in implementing and scaling self-service analytics platforms and data governance frameworks
Focus on accurate, complete, and timely analytics tools
Tailor management style to suit employees
Excel at stakeholder management
Build first mentality
Demand proactive involvement from your team
Expert experience in experimentation analytics is a plus
Excited by hard problems and big challenges
Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus
