Establish and maintain a high-performance culture, coaching, mentoring, and training specialists and facilitators
Analyze system data, track learner satisfaction, and provide recommendations for improvement
Work with external vendors to provide resources, services, and development opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (5+ years)
Master's Degree preferred
Normal office environment with limited travel and occasional irregular schedules
