What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the New Hire Orientation and Onboarding Experience to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Act as a point of contact for Employee Relations, addressing manager and employee concerns and managing performance documentation
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by assessing and delivering training solutions for employees
- Oversee the Company Talent Management System, ensuring it meets organizational needs and delivers quality solutions
- Manage the PEER (mentorship) program, ensuring participants receive the necessary resources and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed post-secondary degree in HR, Organizational Behavior, Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related role within the professional services industry
- Proven experience in Performance Management coaching and documentation
- Experience in creating and facilitating training and development content
- Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Talent Development, Performance Management, and Learning Management systems
- Basic knowledge of overall Human Resources functions
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and a proven problem solver
