About the RoleAt SymphonyAI, Talent Acquisition is a strategic function—not a support function. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who operates as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing strong judgment, market insight, and execution excellence. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders across North America and EMEA to build high-impact teams across technology, GTM and leadership hiring. While this role is based in India, the primary focus will be supporting North America hiring across the US and Canada. You will own end-to-end hiring while influencing hiring strategy, improving decision quality, and raising the overall talent bar. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, challenging stakeholders when needed, and driving outcomes in a fast-scaling global SaaS environment.This role requires strong experience in North America hiring and flexibility to support EST business hours.What You’ll DoPartner with senior business leaders across North America and global markets to understand hiring priorities, team structures, and evolving capability needsOwn and drive end-to-end hiring across technical, product, design, analytics, and leadership rolesLead hiring for North America-based roles across the US and Canada, while also supporting global hiring needs when requiredTranslate business goals into effective hiring strategies that balance speed, quality, and scalabilityLead structured intake discussions and bring clarity to role definition, evaluation criteria, and hiring expectationsBuild and proactively manage high-quality talent pipelines across North America and other global marketsUse data and market insights to influence hiring decisions, compensation alignment, and talent strategyDeliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects SymphonyAI’s standards and valuesCollaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance, Compensation, and global business leadersMentor team members and contribute to raising the bar on hiring practices, processes, and standardsWhat You’ll Bring6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within technology, SaaS, or high-growth environmentsStrong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisionsPrior experience supporting North America hiring, especially across the US and CanadaExperience hiring for complex and high-impact roles across technical and business functionsStrong understanding of North America talent markets, sourcing strategies, compensation benchmarks, and candidate dynamicsData-driven approach with experience using ATS platforms, dashboards, and hiring analyticsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence effectivelyAbility to operate with high ownership and urgency in a fast-paced, global environmentRegular working hours for this role will align with EST business hoursWhy Join SymphonyAIPlay a strategic role in shaping world-class teams powering AI innovationWork with global leaders across multiple geographies and high-impact business verticalsDrive meaningful hiring decisions that directly influence business growthBe part of a diverse, collaborative, purpose-driven global talent organizationWork where high performance, maturity, and real ownership actually matter
