About the RoleAt SymphonyAI, Talent Acquisition is a strategic function—not a support function. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who operates as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing strong judgment, market insight, and execution excellence. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders across North America and EMEA to build high-impact teams across technology, GTM and leadership hiring. While this role is based in India, the primary focus will be supporting North America hiring across the US and Canada. You will own end-to-end hiring while influencing hiring strategy, improving decision quality, and raising the overall talent bar.
