Position Summary... As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to Walmart’s Fashion & Design business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Walmart’s apparel and design teams. In this high-impact, business-facing role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers within Fashion & Design, driving the end-to-end recruiting process for both internal and external candidates who will define the present and future of Walmart’s style and innovation. What youll do... • Guide hiring managers and People teams on how to attract and retain top talent, sharing industry trends, compensation insights, and best practices. • Manage full recruiting lifecycle for Fashion & Design roles, from understanding position requirements to developing innovative sourcing strategies that reach creative talent pools. • Use data analytics and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies, identify talent gaps, and provide actionable recommendations. • Source, engage, and present qualified candidates for interviews, ensuring a strong match with Walmart’s brand and design vision. Facilitate feedback, offer negotiations, and communicate decisions to all stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
