JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as a strategic hiring partner to business and functional leaders, delivering end-to-end recruiting for roles across the organization. In this role, you will balance hands on execution with guiding hiring processes and expectations. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, you will support high-growth, complex roles navigating ambiguity and evolving business needs. You will bring strong market insight, sound judgment, and a consultative approach to recruiting. The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead will play a key role in delivering a strong hiring experience for candidates and business leaders.

tLead full cycle, recruiting for internal hiring,
tPartner closely with Talent Acquisition Leaders and the business to understand role scope, success profiles and market maps.
tProactively source and engage entry to senior-level talent using a variety of channels, including direct outreach and network-based recruiting.
tBackground supporting scaling organization, where roles expectations and processes may be evolving.
tEnsure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience through the hiring process including offer acceptance and pre-onboarding.
tContribute to the evolution of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
tMeet weekly sub goals set by Manager of Talent Acquisition
tAct as an advisor and consultant to hiring managers to guide them on hiring trends, candidate profiles, and internal processes
tManage multiple workflows to source and screen candidates for open reqs
tSpecial projects as required (e.g., process documentation, hiring events, audits etc.)
tTrain and coach Talent Specialists and Sourcing Specialists when needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

tBachelor’s Degree OR equivalent combination of education, experience, and skills
t7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, significant in-house talent acquisition experience preferred
tDemonstrated experience recruiting a variety of roles, with a preference for experience supporting senior seller, consultant, or executive level positions
tStrong sourcing and closing skills for talent in competitive market
tPrior experience in professional services, consulting, or solutions-based organization, preferred
tExperience navigating ambiguity and varying levels of hiring maturity
tExcellent communication and organizational skills
tExperience with ATS and recruiting tools with an ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly
tDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships, internally and externally, across levels
tProven ability for strong time management skills with a strong attention to detail and processes
tPrior experience in professional services, consulting, or solutions-based organization, preferred
tAbility to work independently and manage a large and diverse workload
tWe are hiring remotely in the US except in CA, CO, WA and NY
