We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer with strong Databricks experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance business intelligence solutions.
The ideal candidate will transform complex data into intuitive dashboards and insights, working closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights
• Connect Tableau to Databricks and other data sources for efficient data consumption
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to model, prepare, and validate data for analytics
• Optimize dashboard performance, extracts, and queries for large-scale datasets
• Implement best practices for Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud deployment, security, and governance
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and visual analytics
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reports
• Support end users through documentation, training, and troubleshooting
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to BI standards and frameworks
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 10+ years in Information technoogy and 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Tableau Developer or Analyst.
• Strong experience working with Databricks.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Experience building enterprise-level dashboards with Tableau Desktop
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
