We are shifting away from on-premises technology and into cutting edge cloud and SaaS solutions to support our users in this mission. We need your help! What You Will Do • Serve as the link between IT support and end-users • Review and triage internal help requests and monitor computer and software performance for potential problems. • Managing and administering a variety of SaaS products, such as Google Workspace, Okta, Ivanti and Slack • Perform general administrative tasks such as: • New Hire setups • Tracking computer-related orders and bills • Maintaining license documentation • Manage and track IT inventory • Provide day-to-day computer support, such as installing basic software and adding and deleting user accounts. • Provisioning of hardware, including procurement and set up/installation • Monitoring ticket support queues and Slack support channel for help requests • Participation in Enterprise Solutions project work Your Qualifications At Cimpress, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture.
