Senior System Support Admin (Remote)

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior System Support Administrator to support a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This role is remote, based in SC. What you ll do: Provide system and production support for enterprise applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting, installations, configurations, and release activities. You ll support batch cycles, resolve system issues, evaluate performance, maintain documentation, and ensure Production and Test environments remain stable. This role involves participating in implementation sessions, DR exercises, sprint activities, and problem-resolution work sessions while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements. You will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, industry partners, and other systems teams to support FHIR interoperability initiatives and enterprise application operations. What you need: Experience with Linux-based systems for installing and configuring enterprise software Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, integrations, and infrastructure Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios) and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Knowledge of enterprise security practices (SIEM, IAM, certificate management, vulnerability scanning) Understanding of HIPAA, NIST, and compliance-focused environments Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage incident/production support #J-18808-Ljbffr Hansen Talent Group Apply tot his job
