Our team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional care, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, working closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations. You will also be responsible for administering and supporting all aspects of our data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, as well as coordinating all data backups and recovery procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework * Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions * Work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support DC operations * Administer and support all aspects of data handling equipment, including printers and terminals * Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures * Contact MHE merchants regarding data management * Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks * Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc. and report utilization to MIS * Regulate non-exempt staff * Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users * Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Required Capabilities** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc. * 2+ years of experience in a delivery climate (not a remote job) * 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Local presence required (not a remote job) **Preferred Capabilities** * Project management experience * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Business acumen **About Our Culture** At blithequark, we value diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
