Position: Senior Supervisor with French, Strategic Buying Services • EMEA region • Work 9-18 Romania Time • Full remote RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage day-to-day responsibilities for a team ( 20+) and provide operational support (Procurement services) . • Ensure the service levels meet the clients requirement, contracted SLA • Manage HR topics • Build and maintain relationship with Client, attend and conduct regular meetings with client. • Handle client communication and escalations. • Mentoring and training team members; conducting performance appraisals and preparing improvement plans. • Being a key person in standardization, automation and continuous process improvement. • Leading/ participating in the improvement projects for the operational area. • Implementing best practices across the team. • Assist in recruiting and onboarding team members, setting goals, delegating tasks, monitoring work progress. • Develop team members, encourage learning programs to team members. • Report directly to Operations Manager REQUIREMENTS: • Fluent French and English both written and oral • Experience in People Management min 2 years • Experience in Procurement domain min 3 years • Experience in BPO company is a plus • Experience in managing bigger Teams: 15 < people Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.
