We can’t wait to welcome you.About the teamThe Care Operations team is a centralized center of excellence dedicated to managing all workforce management needs across business lines that service customers and professionals such as Pro Support and Homeowner Support. This dynamic team ensures the company's ability to efficiently and seamlessly support service for customers and professionals by overseeing a vast network of global Business Process Optimization (BPO) agents. The team also plays a crucial role in serving as a direct liaison between the operational business lines and the broader finance organization, ensuring transparency and accuracy in operational expenditures and resource allocation, and providing essential insights and management for our distributed workforce.What you’ll doThe Care Senior Strategy Associate will oversee delivery of service to various subsets of Angi customers and pros. This role provides a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to make an outsized contribution across strategy, operations, and Care. A successful candidate will assist with planning and execution of a variety of critical activities such as data analysis and reporting, budgeting, business forecasting, financial modeling, and improving customers and pros’ end-to-end experience. This is a unique opportunity to support and be part of critical, rapidly growing businesses at Angi.Build reports and presentations to support critical business decisions related to inbound and outbound forecasting and costDevelop a deep understanding of Care technology and tools to optimize the value of tool investments and ensure the tools are enabling the Care organization to meet KPIsLeverage Care cost structure and allocation methods to understand how to maximize Care experience within financial constraintsExecute yearly budgeting process and ensure alignment with Finance organization on forecasting and actual reconciliation on weekly and monthly basisContinuously evaluate current financial and headcount forecasting mechanisms, propose changes, and implement best practicesBuild and maintain Excel models that optimize cost, wait times, and other critical metrics, enabling hiring and skilling decisions across all Angi Customer and Pro support linesWho you are2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical roleStrong organizational and project management skills, with great attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experienceProblem-solving mindset with an eagerness to learn and take ownership of complex projectsAbility to explain information in a simple, digestible way to a variety of audiencesInterest in working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environmentDriven by data and analytics to deliver impactful solutionsExperience with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plusFamiliarity with SaaS like Salesforce is a plusWe value diversityWe know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems.
