Responsibilities • Serve as the central program manager for a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are tracked, communicated, and executed effectively.• Monitor initiative progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for acceleration or course correction. • Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities, acting as a connector between strategy, analytics, finance, and operations. • Develop and maintain executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials that support strategic decision-making and provide visibility to senior leadership and board audiences.• Support the operational rhythm including monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual planning cycles, and strategic check-ins. • Support preparation of strategic communications, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences. • Continuously improve operational workflows and reporting processes to enhance clarity, accountability, and impact across the organization. • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accountability across complex workstreams. • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to support planning, execution, and reporting. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of experience in strategy and / or project management, preferably in hospitality, cruise, or travel industries. • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accountability across complex workstreams. • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to support planning, execution, and reporting. • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership. • Comfort synthesizing complex information into concise updates, dashboards, and strategic narratives. • Experience supporting executive-level forums, including business reviews and planning sessions.• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights. • Experience building and maintaining reporting tools that support decision-making and performance tracking. • Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement. • Skilled at building relationships across departments and levels, with a service-oriented mindset and proactive communication style. • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader team goals and leadership expectations.• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
