About the Role: Strategy & Analytics Consultant

As a Strategy & Analytics Consultant at arenaflex, you'll serve as a critical bridge between data and decision-making. This position offers a unique blend of analyticalζŒ‘ζˆ˜ and strategic influence, working directly with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems. You'll leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence to provide insights that shape our operational strategies, network planning, and overall business performance.

This role is designed for someone who loves diving into datasets, finding patterns others might miss, and translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll work closely with senior leadership, providing them with the intelligence they need to make informed strategic decisions. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our Strategy & Analytics team, you will:


Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and operational performance metrics to support the development of new strategies, processes, and reporting mechanisms that drive business improvement.
Partner with diverse business units across the organization to understand their data needs, improve existing data tools, and share best practices for data utilization and interpretation.
Leverage advanced technical skills including SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, and Tableau to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets that inform business decisions and solve complex operational challenges.
Transform raw data into compelling narratives by creating easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings that drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
Develop and refine predictive models and analytical frameworks that support operational planning and implementation, ensuring scalability and accuracy across multiple teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues throughout the organization, sharing knowledge on analytical methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Conduct optimization analyses using advanced analytical tools to model various scenarios and provide insights into how different strategies perform under varying conditions.
Ensure data governance and privacy compliance by implementing appropriate data management practices that protect sensitive information while maximizing analytical value.
Present complex findings to senior leadership and large audiences, translating technical concepts into business language that influences strategic decision-making.
Support special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


Education: High School Diploma or GED required. While a bachelor's degree in a related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Aviation Management, or similar) is preferred, we value real-world experience and proven analytical capabilities.
Experience: Advanced-level experience and specialized knowledge in:

Network Planning or Airline Operations – understanding of airline scheduling, route profitability, and fleet allocation
Data collection, applied analytics, business assessment, and executive-level presentation development
Proven track record of delivering insights to Senior Leadership with measurable business impact


Technical Proficiency:

Expert-level Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Alteryx or similar data manipulation software
Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization platforms
Working knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus

Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential data with discretion
Deep understanding of business philosophies and strategies across different operational areas

Previous experience in the aviation or transportation industry
Knowledge of arenaflex operations and corporate structure
Advanced certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or project management
