Senior Staff UX Researcher

Conduct user research studies to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to ensure a user-centered approach to product development. Analyze research data and provide actionable recommendations to improve the user experience. Create and maintain research plans, protocols, and reports. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research. Act as a strong advocate for the user, ensuring their needs and preferences are considered in all product decisions. Mentor and guide junior UX researchers in research methodologies and best practices. Work closely with the design team to incorporate research findings into the product design process. Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the user experience research process. Collaborate with external research partners and vendors, as needed.
