Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of technical roadmaps to drive product innovation and engineering capabilities
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions
Provide technical leadership and expertise in multiple areas, including software development, architecture, and engineering
Design, develop, and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable systems using programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, and others
Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements:
10+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in Java, architecture, and design
8+ years of experience with architecture and design, including microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-based systems
6+ years of experience with open-source frameworks, DevOps concepts, and cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Strong understanding of CS data structures, algorithms, and software development life cycles
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and educate executives and technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
