Design and develop advanced AI solutions leveraging state of the art deep learning techniques in natural language processing and computer vision.
Develop and integrate large language models (LLMs) and generative AI (GenAI) solutions to enhance fan engagement focusing on emerging trends such as agentic AI.
Apply best practices in MLOps, including automated model performance evaluation, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), and real-time monitoring and governance.
Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to create production-grade pipelines for ML training and inference, incorporating feature stores, automated retraining, and scalable infrastructure
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and systems to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
Qualifications:Required Skills
Strong computer science fundamentals and statistical methods.
Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks.
Extensive experience in computer vision, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
Proficiency in developing and deploying generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
Proficiency in ML services in cloud platforms such as AWS Amazon Bedrock or Azure OpenAI Service for serverless deployment of generative AI applications.
Working knowledge of distributed processing systems like Apache Spark.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Publications in the field of machine learning, AI, or related areas.
High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
