Senior Staff Engineer - Identity and Access Management

Ā The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical knowledge, typically ranging from front-end UIs through back-end systems and all points in between.
Requirements:
Ā Experience partnering with engineering teams and transferring research to production
Ā Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
Ā In-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms
Ā Experience solving analytical problems with quantitative approaches
Ā Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Ā Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, operations, real-time communication)
Ā Experience with micro-services-oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
Ā Experience building the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems
Ā Fluency in DevOps Concepts, Cloud Architecture, and Azure DevOps Operational Framework
Ā Experience in leveraging PowerShell scripting
Ā Experience in existing Operational Portals such as Azure Portal
Ā In depth knowledge of Datacenter structure, capabilities, and offerings, including the Azure platform, and its native services including the Azure platform and its native services
Ā Experience in security protocols and products: Understanding of Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth
Ā Experience in Azure Network (Subscription, Security zoning, etc.)
Ā Fluency and specialization with at least one modern language such as Java, Go, or Rust
Ā In depth expertise in cryptographic protocols, digital certificates, and encryption standards such as X.509, Transport Layer Security (TLS), and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES)
Ā Demonstrated ability to design and implement resilient, scalable, and efficient solutions
Ā Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks and vulnerabilities
Ā Excellent communication skills, able to communicate complete technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
