Conduct thorough research and analysis of global packaging regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the scientific and technical aspects of packaging materials and their impact on product safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve packaging materials and designs, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements. Communicate and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on packaging compliance issues and potential solutions. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with packaging regulations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in packaging regulations, and provide recommendations for improvement or adaptation as needed. Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to packaging compliance, providing expert knowledge and guidance. Manage relationships with external regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay informed of any changes or updates. Monitor and track packaging compliance metrics and report on key findings to senior management. Train and educate team members and other relevant employees on packaging compliance best practices and regulations.
