If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!What you’ll doBecome part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in branded merchandise.Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop a suite of merchandise products that meet the needs of both external and internal customers.Work closely with the Design, Brand, and Sales teams to ensure merchandise aligns with the Scout brand, excites customers, and drives retail sales.Develop a targeted marketing strategy and assets for both the website and workshop.Partner with the Marketing team to deploy merchandise-specific campaigns through various channels, including CRM and digital platforms.Select and manage vendors who offer high-quality, value-driven merchandise.Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure contractual deliverables are met.Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock and shortages while leveraging sales performance data for purchasing and promotional decisions.Prepare and present regular reports on sales, profitability, customer engagement, and emerging trends.Utilize merchandising software and data analysis tools to make informed decisionsLocation & Travel Expectations:This role will be based out remotely within the United States until a future headquarters announced. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.
