By joining our brilliant (at least we think so) team, you will help pave the way in the AI Observability space.What You'll DoWork directly with the sales team to understand our customers technical needs, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, and ultimately close dealsWork hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Fiddler technology throughout the sales cycle; from demo to implementationPresent to executives, customers, and technical teams to convey the technical vision of Fiddler, and the value of our platformConduct training sessions with customers and potential partners to help with knowledge transferHelp author and contribute to market-facing publications, documentation, and FAQsBuild relationships with Senior Technical stakeholders, to enable them to become Fiddler advocates and power users Successfully facilitate scoping and delivery of Proof of Concepts Act as technical liaison between Fiddler product management, marketing, engineering, and customer successWhat We're Looking ForMasters with no experience or Bachelors with 5+ years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a pre-sales environmentStrong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives and IT managementUnderstanding of the Machine Learning and Generative AI space and toolingWorking knowledge of ML Operations and methodologiesInnate love of technology and easily understands complex technical concepts History of success in technical sales or solutions at the enterprise levelStrong communication skills and empathetic listener Coding experienceCompensation and In-Office PolicyPay Range in the US is $170,000 - $210,000 OTEFiddler HQ (Palo Alto) is hybrid for all Bay Area employees requiring 1 - 3 days a week in the office Mondays through Thursday depending on location and role.The posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks previously outlined.
